The Pittsburgh Reduction may be performed using a number of techniques depending on each individual patients goals and if there are any other procedures being performed at the same time. Typically the Reduction Mammoplasty may be performed using one of three incision options: account the areola, running vertically from the bottom of the areola to the crease under the breast, or running horizontally along the breast crease. A Reduction Mammoplasty, or Breast Reduction, may not be right for everyone.
