Here is the post op result of a revisional Rhinoplasty. This young woman had a primary rhinoplasty as a teenager elsewhere. As she entered her 20’s she noticed a “polybeak” deformity at the tip of her nose. Her head on view looked perfectly fine, but she disliked her profile. Dr Pautler revised her tip with an open approach and extensive tip work (sutures and cartilage support) as well as reducing the most anterior part of her dorsum. Her post-op lateral view looks much better!
