This patient, in her late twenties, already had a saline breast enhancement with 300 cc breast implants. She felt they were too small, not enough cleavage, and the left one was positioned too low. She underwent a revision augmentation where her old salines were replaced with larger, 450 cc SMOOTH RESPONSIVE FULL projection implants of silicone by NATRELLE®. Also, to support her left implant, a CAPSULORRHAPHY (capsule repair) with GALAFLEX® reinforcement was also done. Her results are shown below. Note the fuller and rounder look with great cleavage.
