This fitness model already had 375 cc high profile implants that were soft, round and symmetric, but she wanted higher, fuller, rounder breasts that didn’t require wearing a bra. Dr. Pautler did a revision which entailed extensive capsule repair buttressed with Galaflex Lite P4HB internal scaffold support, and an implant exchange to a larger moderately high 545cc gel implant. Her breasts remain in this favorable position without an external bra!
