This woman in her mid thirties had bottomed out breast implants. Note the high appearance of her nipples. She is shown post op on the right after undergoing revisional augmentation where her implant pockets were repositioned higher and closer with STRATTICE acellular dermal matrix support acting as an internal bra. Note the improved cleavage and more favorable position of the nipples. Her implant size is Allergan style 15 silicone gel 421 cc’s.
