This thin and fit patient in her 50’s had a previous saline augmentation and was displeased with her large gap between her breasts and severe rippling and implant edge visibility. Her post-op photo shows her after a complex revision, still in the submuscular position, with larger 550 cc high profile silicone gel implants and 4 sheets of ALLODERM acellular dermal matrix to conceal wrinkles and ripples. Notice the improved symmetry and cleavage.
