After shedding 100 lbs and 2 pregnancies, this woman in her late 40’s sought consultation with Dr Pautler to address her breast and body. She didn’t need any fat removal, but a lot of skin tightening. Her comprehensive Mommy Makeover included: breast implants 405 moderate plus memory gel extra from Mentor, a Galaflex Lite P4HB internal bra, a bilateral mastopexy (breast lift), and a full abdominoplasty with muscle repair.
