This is a mother of 2 children who at one time weighed 180 lbs at a height of 5 ft 3. She was able to lose about 15 lbs on her own but wanted more shaping and nice tight skin on her abdomen. She also had fat around her thighs and back that she wanted removed. She had a procedure called a lipoabdominoplasty, where in addition to skin and muscle tightening on the abdomen, tumescent liposuction of her hips, thighs and back was done (about 4 liters of fat removed). She is now able to fit onto size 4 pants and dresses and loves her new attractive silhouette.
