This woman in her early 60’s felt stressed, tired and aged. She wanted to freshen up her looks to portray more youth and vitality. She had a comprehensive rejuvenation procedure which addressed her brows, her lower lids, her neck, her face , and her perioral wrinkles. Dr Pautler lifted her brows with a Gliding Browlift which was secured with a temporary hemostatic net. Her lower lids had fat bulges which Dr Pautler removed with a transconjunctival approach. Her neck was treated with a corset platysmaplasty, and face was lifted with a SMAS imbrication flap. Finally, the perioral area was tightened with Ellacor microcoring. Her post operative result imparts a rested more youthful look.
