This woman in her mid 50’s didn’t have many wrinkles but disliked her full neck and lack of jawline. Note her somewhat downturned mouth and early jowl. Her post operative results are on the right. Dr Pautler performed a 4 hour procedure on her which included a face and neck lift, liposuction of the full underchin area, subplatysmal fat removal, reduction of submandibular glands, and corset platysmaplasty.
