This patient in her early thirties has a tuberous breast shape, no breast tissue below the nipple and a wide odd looking areola. She is shown post op after a sub muscular gel implant augmentation with 371 cc implants and a donut mastopexy (lift) with the scar only around the areola. Note the normal round shape afterwards.
