This woman in her early 40′s had extremely constricted pointy breast mounds making them look saggy. She is shown after a breast augmentation with silicone gel hi profile 375 cc implants. No lift or additional scars were needed but her infra mammary crease had to be judiciously recreated in a lower position and her tight breast skin from 3 o’clock to 9 o’clock had to be gently stretched. Her scar is around her areolae. Cup size is now full C.
