This patient was unhappy about the shape of her breasts. 26 years old, 5 foot 1, 185 lbs, flabby C cup to start with. She wanted to correct the shape and the asymmetry. She underwent an augmentation mastopexy with Natrelle ® SRX Inspira ® silicone gel implants in a dual plane pocket (340 cc’s on the left, 374 cc’s on the right). The implants were inserted through the vertical portion of her circumvertical mastopexy pattern using a Keller® funnel. Her post-op result below shows the improved symmetry and nice round shape. Notice the smaller diameter of the areola and the better position. She is now a DD cup.
