This combination of breast augmentation and breast lift patient is 36 years old. The before picture show obvious asymmetry. She wanted her breasts to appear even, balanced, and larger. a breast lift was necessary to obtain symmetry, and she chose a Mentor saline breast implant filled to 330 cc in the left breast, and 310 cc in the right breast to assist in a larger and more even appearance. During the breast augmentation and breast lift surgery, the implants are placed underneath the muscle. The scars are around the areola and from the areola down to the crest under the breast. The breast lift has tightened her breast tissue and provided more symmetry. Her breasts went from an asymmetrical A- and B-cup to a more fuller and even C-cup.
