Although relatively young (late 40’s) for a browlift, this woman felt that she had a sad look with a downsloped lateral brow. The bottom photo shows her post operative result after Dr Pautler lifted her browtail with a GLIDING BROWLIFT and removal of a thin strip of skin from her upper lid (belpharoplasty). A short term 3 day hemostatic net (not shown) was used to secure the brow position. Her eyes are more youthful and make up is much easier to wear.
