This breast reduction patient is 15-years-old, 5’3″, 135 lbs. She underwent a breast reduction of 350g from the left breast and 480g from the right breast to create a smaller, more balanced appearance. Note that in the after picture, her breasts are a natural C-cup. Her scars are limited to around the areola and an up-and-down scar from the areola to the crease beneath the breast. This breast reduction approach is known as “vertical” breast reduction, and is optimal for minimizing scars.
