This patient in her early 60’s hated her G cup breasts because of pain, heaviness, rashes underneath and the general inability to move around quickly. She had a breast reduction which consisted of a WISE pattern scar, a medial dermoglandular pedicle, and some liposuction of the outermost aspect of the lateral breast. Her post op result is shown below. She is 5 ft 4 inches, about 150 lbs. She is now a full C cup. Lifechanging. She can now run and exercise!
