This breast lift patient is 31-years-old, 5’11”, and 150 lbs. The before picture shows her breasts, as a D-cup, appearing elongated with the nipple displaced at the bottom. She chose a breast lift or “mastopexy.” She had 25g removed from the left breasts and 175g removed from the right breast to provide a balanced look. The after picture shows that the right breast is tighter, lifted, and is slightly smaller in size. Her breasts are now more symmetrical and elevated. Her scars are only around the areola and one short up-and-down scar from underneath the areola to her breast fold. Her breasts appear firmer and are a full voluptuous C-cup.
