This breast augmentation patient is 37-years old, 5’6″, 160 lbs. Unhappy with the breast size of a fairly flat A-cup and with a slightly smaller right breast, she chose a saline breast implant for a breast enlargement to a much fuller C-cup. Her breast implant is manufactured by Mentor. Her left breast implant was filled to 380 cc, while her right was filled to 455 cc. The difference provides a more balanced and even appearance. In the before picture, her breasts were a 36 or 38 A- or B-cup. Note, in the after picture, her breasts are voluptuous 36 C-cup.
