This young woman disliked her nose, especially on sideview. Dr Pautler enhanced her features (and self confidence) with an open structural rhinoplasty. Her procedure encompassed dorsal hump removal, septoplasty, and a lot of tip work to give her less projection and an overall softer appearance, most noted on sideview.
