This young woman presented with an implant malposition on both sides. Her implants were 300 cc moderate profile implants, and as they settled, the oblique crease appeared gradually, and she lost all upper pole fullness. Her inframammary fold incision rode high on her lower breast. Her postoperative result after CAPSULORRHAPHY (capsule repair), inferolaterally, and GALAFLEX LITE SURGICAL SCAFFOLD SUPPORT (INTERNAL BRA). Her implants were replaced with a narrower but larger 380 cc high-profile memory gel Extra from Mentor. Her upper pole fullness is restored, and there is no oblique crease under her breast.
