Note the abnormal contour of this patient’s left breast, which is a double bubble. Overall, this patient felt saggy and wanted a tighter, smaller look without additional scars. Here is the same patient following an implant exchange to a smaller silicone gel device, correction of double bubble and lower pole stretch with an internal capsule repair (CAPSULORRHAPHY). The repair was strengthened with GALAFLEX LITE surgical scaffold. No additional scars were added. She has better cleavage and a perky appearance.
