At 48 years old, this lady desired to enhance her breasts with an augmentation and a mastopexy. She had lost 100 lbs and with that loss her breasts drooped and deflated. She and Dr Pautler chose 405 cc moderate plus memory gel implants from Mentor to increase her to a solid D cup, and also Galaflex lite P4HB was used internally as a scaffold to secure her implants in the desired position. The procedure was completed with a skin tightening mastopexy to place the nipple areolar complexes into a higher location.
