This combination of breast augmentation and breast lift patient was 50 years old, 5’2″, and 122 lbs. Although happy with an almost 40 lbs. weight loss, she disliked the effect the weight loss caused to the appearance of her breasts. She wanted a breast enlargement and tightening of the loose skin. She chose Mentor silicone breast implants placed underneath the muscle. In her left breast, she has a 300 cc breast implant and in the right breast, she has a 325 cc breast implant. The two different breast implant sizes provide a more balanced even look. The scars are around her areola with an extension up-and-down to the crease beneath the breast. Note in the plastic surgery pictures, the after picture shows the fullness, improved cleavage, and elevated breasts. Her breasts are a full C-cup, but occasionally fit into a Victoria’s Secret size D-cup.
