This lady in her mid 40’s disliked her saggy shapeless breasts but did not want a breast implant. Dr Pautler enhanced her breasts with a Brazilian Breast lift (mastopexy). In this technique, extra skin is removed, all breast tissue preserved, but the gland is reshaped internally with the help of her pectoralis muscle and a Galaflex internal bra. Her post of photo shows a full round breast with very little sag.
