This breasts augmentation patient is 30-years-old, and a tall slender 5’10”, 132 lbs. Unhappy with a small breast size of an A-cup and uneven right and left breasts, she chose Allergan saline breast implants. During the breast augmentation surgery, her breast implants were filled to 290 cc in the left breast and 285 cc in the right breast to provide a more balanced appearance. The breast implants were placed under the muscle through a small incision in the crease underneath the breast known as the “inframammary fold.” Her breast enlargement is now a C-cup. Note, in the before picture, it shows her left nipple slightly inverted. Now in the after picture, the increase in breast size supports the nipple; it is no longer inverted and is more gracefully natural in appearance.
