This gentleman felt his eyes made him look a lot older than his age of 55. Lower lid bulges and heavy upper lids made him look stern and tired. He underwent an outpatient procedure which included, on both sides, an upper lid blepharoplasty (skin removal), a lower lid transconjunctival blepharoplasty (fat removal with muscle preservation), and a canthopexy (lower lid tightening) to maintain the shape and tone of the lower lid. His surgery was done under sedation. His results are natural appearing and his lid shape is preserved. He is able to wear contact lenses comfortably. His post-op photos are shown on the right.
