This patient in her 40's had saline implants placed under the muscle 15 years prior. Over time, with a bit of weight loss, her breasts thinned, she developed visible implant rippling, and bottoming out. She wanted improved cleavage, a larger cup size, and less visibility. She is shown post revision with replacement to 600 cc silicone implants in a new submuscular pocket with improved cleavage and capsule repair. No new scars needed to be added.
