Because plastic surgery is generally not covered by insurance, we try our best to find adequate financing plans to our plastic surgery patients in and around Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While we do not offer independent financing, our office manager can arrange for your cosmetic surgery to be financed through a third-party financing company with reasonable rates. Just ask about your cosmetic surgery financing options during your initial consultation.

Plastic surgery consultations with our RN or office manager can be scheduled any day of the week. Dr. Pautler is available to see patients on Wednesday and Thursday for cosmetic surgery consultations.

Dr. Pautler
I was referred to Dr. Pautler from my sister and mother who had both undergone plastic surgery performed by her. My sister had received Breast Augmentation and my mother a Breast Reduction. Having plastic surgery was something I had thought about for such a long time but was really uncertain because of scars and actually receiving it for the wrong reasons. I had my first consultation with Dr. Pautler in late October. I spoke to her about receiving a Breast Reduction in addition to liposuction in my upper thighs and hips. I had read a lot of pros and cons about plastic surgery and had a lot of questions that Dr. Pautler and her staff were more than happy to answer. They were on time and spent time with me. I did not feel rushed out the door or uncomfortable in any way. A few weeks later I scheduled my surgery, 2 days before Thanksgiving. I went in early on Tuesday morning very nervous. In the waiting room Dr. Pautler came in and spoke to me. She made me so happy and excited about having this surgery that she actually eased me to receive it. After it was completed, she was in that night to check on me and spent time with me to make sure I was ok and then again the next morning.
I had an appointment with her every Friday for nearly 3 weeks after. Dr. Pautler and her staff made me feel like a person and not just another patient. They were caring and friendly. I can honestly say that Dr. Pautler has not only changed me physically but mentally. For so long, I was uncomfortable with the way I looked and it hurt my self-esteem. Plastic surgery was my choice but Dr. Pautler was there every step of the way. She was very motivational and supportive. She made me feel good about myself. I have never felt better and people tell me everyday how great I look now and I have her to thank for it. Dr. Pautler and her staff increased my self-esteem and I am confident referring anyone to her that they will feel the same way.
